Service Cancellation
Since our services are largely digital and often tailored to your specific needs, refunds are generally not offered. However, if you feel that a service provided does not match the description, you can request a refund within 3 days of receiving it. The final decision on whether or not to issue a refund rests solely with the discretion of the owner. If services are cancelled at our end without any intimation, a full refund will be provided within 7 working days.
Refund Process
If you need to request a refund for a service, send an email to hello@chitraparnasinha.com. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for refund. Once your request is submitted and accepted, allow 7 business days to process it and credit your account.
